2 T. butter
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
1 1/2 c. diced carrots
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
3 T. flour
2 1/2 c. milk


Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in 3 qt. saucepan. Add onion cook till tender. Add chicken, potatoes, carrots, bouillon cubes, salt pepper and water. Cover and simmer 20 min.

2. Combine flour and 1/2 milk in jar shake till blended. Add flour mixture and rest of milk to vegetables. Cook over med. heat stirring constantly till thickened.
