1-12oz pkg butterscotch pieces
1/2 cup granulated brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1-1/2 cup flour
2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1-12oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 t. vanilla

Oven 350*. In large sauce pan melt butterscotch pieces, sugar and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add egg, beat well. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in greased 9"x13" pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.
