1/3 c sugar
1/3 c cider vinegar
2/3 c olive oil
1/3 c water
1/4 c grated red onion
1 tbsp celery seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard powder

1 c toasted almonds or walnuts
1/4 c of sugar


Any greens, avocado, ripe mangoes, mandarin ( in can) or fresh sweet oranges.

Directions:

Toast almonds or walnuts with sugar.
Toast/cook in low heat.
