1 T. butter
2 T. whipping cream
1 1/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips
7 1/2 tsp. seedless raspberry jam
6 oz. white or dark chocolate candy coating
2 T. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a heavy saucepan, combine butter, cream and chocolate chips. Cook over low heat for 4-5 min. or until chocolate is melted. Remove from the heat; stir in jam until combined.

2. Transfer to a freezer container. Cover; freeze 20 min. Drop by tsp. onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
Freeze 15 min. Roll into balls; freeze until firm.

3. In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt candy coating and shortening; stirring often. Cool slightly; spoon over balls. Place on a wire rack over waxed paper. Let stand for 15 min. or until firm.
store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
