1 cup sour cream
2 Tablspoonsdry onion soup mix
1 cups bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons. Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1Tablspoon. parsley
2 lbs. firm white fish
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
grease 9X13 dish. Combine soup and sour cream in bowl. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan and paprika in a shallow dish. Dip fish pieces in cream mixture then coat with bread crumbs. Arrange fish in a single layer in baking. dish. Pour oil over top. Bake 8 minutes,turn over and bake 5 min. more
