3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 6 ingredients; beat well. Blend in flour. Press into bottom of ungreased pan. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes. Top warm bars with peanuts and chocolate chips.
