100 g de farine (flour)
10 cl de vin blanc sec (dry white wine)
1 pincée de sel (salt)
2 cuil. à soupe d'huile de tournesol (sunflower oil)
2 cuil. à café de sucre de canne (cane sugar coffee), de sirop d'érable ou de miel (maple or honey)

1. Battre les oeufs au fouet et les mélanger avec la farine. Ajouter le vin blanc, 10 cl d'eau, 1pincée de sel et fouetter vigoureusement de manière à obtenir une pâte fluide. Laisser ensuite reposer pendant 1 heure à température ambiante.
2. Faire chauffer quelques gouttes d'huile dans une galettière ou une poèle à fond épais; y verser une petite louche de pâte à crêpes et laisser cuire à feu doux pendant 1 à 2 minutes, en retournant la crêpe lorsqu'elle est dorée. Réserver dans une assiette tenue au chaud audessus d'une casserole d'eau bouillante.
3. Recommencer l'opération jusqu'à épuisement de la pâte, en empilant les crêpes sur l'assiette chaude.
4. Servir les crêpes une par une sur des assiettes individuelles, en les saupoudrant de sucre de canne, en les arrosant de sirop d'erable ou en les nappant de miel.

1. Beat eggs with the whip and mix them with the flour. Add the white wine, 10 Cl d' salt water, 1pincée and vigorously whip so as to obtain a fluid paste. Then let rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
2. Heat some drops d' oil in a galettière or a poèle at thick bottom; there to pour a small ladle of pancake batter and cook with soft fire for 1 to 2 minutes, while turning over the pancake lorsqu' it is gilded. Reserve in a plate held with the heat audessus d' a pan d' ebullient water.
3. Start again l' operation jusqu' with exhaustion of the paste, by piling up crepes on a hot plate.
4. One by one serve crepes on individual plates, by powdering them with cane sugar, by sprinkling them with syrup d' maple or by nappant them of honey.
