2 qt. water
1 qt. tomato juice
3 med. sweet red or green peppers, diced
1 1/2 chili sauce
1 c.uncooked long grain rice
2 celery ribs, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 tsp. browning sauce, opt.
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 salt

1. in a Dutch oven over med. heat, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Add the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.

2. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour or until the rice is tender.
