1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Jam
2 Cups Raisins
4 Cups Plain Flour
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Tbsp. Allspice
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Nutmeg
4 Eggs

Frosting:

4 Eggs
3 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Milk (Beaten in egg before sugar is added)
1 Cup Raisins
1 Cup Coconut
1 Cup Chopped Nuts

Cake:
Mix all ingredients together except jam. Lastly, gently stir in the jam. Pour into greased and floured 9" round cake pans.Bake in 325 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean

Frosting:
Cook in double boiler first 4 ingrediants until smooth then add last 3 ingrediants
