2 Cups Carrots
2 Cups Peas
2 Cups Butterbeans
4 Cups Corn
2 Large Onions Diced
6 Large Potatoes Diced
6 Qts. Tomatoes
1 Pod Hot Pepper (optional)
1 Sweet Pepper
1/2 Cup Salt
1/2 Cup Sugar

Mix all together, Put into jars, 10 lbs. Pressure for 40 min.
