1 box frozen mixed vegetables (thawed) 1 medium onion 1 cup chopped celery 1 bell pepper, chopped 2-3 sweet pickles, cut up 1 small can french style green beans 1 small can lima beans 1/2 cup vinegar 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. salt
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together vinegar, sugar and salt in saucepan. Bring to boiling. Let cool. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate several hours.
