1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
1 pt. half and half
1/2 pkg. of sharp cheddar cheese
6-8 slices bread
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Cut the crust off bread, butter it, and line the bottom of the pan. Cook and drain the sausage and spread over the bread. Spread the cheese over the sausage. Beat with a mixer eggs, half and half, dry mustard, and salt. Pour egg mixture over everything and refrigerate over night. Bake 350 for 30-40 min. (check @ 30 minutes to make sure it doesn't over cook)
