One pound sausage (hot better)
2/3 c milk
8 eggs beaten
3 c monterrey jack cheese
2 cans crescent rolls
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Use glass pan:
Fry sausage. Press rolls into 9x13" pan to make crust. Sprinkle sausage over rolls, pour in egg/milk mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes.
