3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons butter
minced garlic
1/2 cup unsalted chicken broth
1/4 cup water
1 lemon, sliced
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, oregano, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken breasts in flour combination.

In a large skillet, melt butter and saute garlic. Add chicken breasts and saute on both sides until golden. Add broth and water, and cook until done. Add lemon slices. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
