1/4 bushel tomatoes (13 pounds)
6 onions
4 peppers
1 large carrot
1/2 stalk of celery
1/2 c sugar
1 to 2tbls salt
1/ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 carrot and celery until tender. Then put through the blender. Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/8 cup salt, 1 tsp pepper or less. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Put into jars and seal.
