1 cup tofu, regular or silken, drained
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons honey (or sugar)
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil preferably
1 teaspoon herb blend

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until creamy. Refrigerate.

Use dressing with shredded cabbage.
4 cups shredded cabbage 1 cup shredded carrot 1/4 cup tofu mayonnaise (recipe above) 1 tsp celery seed (optional)
