1 1/2 pounds boneless salmon fillets
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons snipped fresh tarragon or 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed

Directions:

Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, and tarragon. Cover and chill.

Salmon:
Cover and grill for 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness or until fish begins to flake easily. Serve with sauce.
