1 16 oz. can salmon,drained and cleaned
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup cream or evaporated milk

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
