1 pound small new potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh basil (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon fresh chives

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare a foil pan for the grill. Grease pan with margarine or butter and arrange raw potatoes. Stir together margarine or butter, rosemary, garlic, basil, and chili powder. Pour over potatoes; toss to coat.

Place pan on grill. Cover and grill for 25 minutes. Add chives; cover and grill for 5 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

Small red potatoes work well too. Can be prepared in the oven at 350 degrees until cooked through. Can use a traditional pan if cooking in the oven.
