"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Strawberry Soup? Sounds a bit strange, doesn't it?
It's a fantastic dessert for kids and adults alike and during summer a great refreshing "goodie". The best about this easy recipe is, it'll work with fresh and frozen strawberries. No need to wait til strawberry season starts again. Blend strawberries in blender until smooth. Slowly add vanilla yogurt and keep blending. Pour strawberry mixture into large bowl. Add cream and vanilla and stir until blended. Chill in fridge for at least 1 hour. Before serving garnish with a fresh strawberry or a mint leave. Serve in soup bowls. Enjoy! Serves: 3
