2 cups of apple juice (no sugar added)
2 cups of real orange juice
1 cup of dried apricots
1/2 cup of dried apples
1/2 cup raisins
1 pice of cinnamon stick
4 cardamon pods
1/2 cup sago
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1/2 tsp finely grated orange rind

Directions:
Directions:
Put the juices, fruit, spices and sago in a large pan and leave it soaking for 1 hour. After that, boil the mixture, and then simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove the cinnamon and cardamon. Cool down, and then refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve it cold, with a tablespoon of low fat yogurt and a bit of orange rind on top. That's it! Serves 6 = 3.5 WW Points
