10 oz extra-lean ground beef
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 cup tomato sauce (no salt added)
1/4 cup thinly sliced white mushrooms
1 1/2 oz skim-milk mozzarella cheese, grated
1 Tbsp minced fresh flat-leaf parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the beef, salt, pepper and oregano in a large bowl. Then make 4 equal patties with the minced beef mix. Next, cook the patties for about 3 minutes, and turn over once. Spread each patty with 1 tablespoon tomato sauce. Top each pattie with 1 tablespoon of sliced mushrooms and one-fourth of the cheese. Cook, covered for 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted and patties are cooked through. Serve your delicious low fat pizza burgers sprinkled with parsley. Serves 4 = 2.5 WW Points
