6 oz potato(es), baked cooked
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 oz low-fat hard cheese shredded
1 medium jalapeno pepper(s) chopped
1 Tbsp sour cream
2 cup spinach steamed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the broiler. Split potato in half and top with salsa, cheese and jalapenos. Broil until bubbly. Top with sour cream and enjoy with spinach, seasoned to taste.
