1 10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach (frozen)
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can sliced waterchestnuts
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Drain spinach. Squeeze out excess water with paper towels. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving. Stir before serving.

* Serve with crackers or corn chips
* Serve dip in bread loaf, cabbage or serving dish.
