2 c. Milk
5 Eggs Separated
Few Grains Salt
2 c. Cream
1 c. Sugar
1 T. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk in a double boiler or over hot water. Beat egg yolks, salt, and sugar together until light. Pour the scalded milk over mixture and stir until well blended. Return to boiler and cook until the mixture coats the spoon, stirring constantly. Remove from fire, add cream and stir well. Beat egg whites until stiff, add to mixture. Chill in refrigerate, beat well then freeze.
