2 cups flour
cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. baking soda
tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1-1/2 cups milk

Crumb Topping
cup brown sugar
1 tsp. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8-square baking pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the melted butter, beaten egg, and milk. Mix until just combined, do not over stir. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.

In a small bowl, mix together the topping ingredients. Sprinkle over the top of the cake batter.

Bake 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
