2 3 oz. pkgs. Raspberry jello
2 cups hot water
2 cups applesauce
2 10 oz. pkgs. Frozen raspberries, undrained

Topping:
1 3oz. pkg. cream cheese, chunked
1 cup mini marshmallows
pt whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add applesauce and raspberries. Chill overnight.

Topping: Pour cream over cream cheese and marshmallows.

Let stand overnight. In the morning, whip the cream mixture until thick. Pour on top of salad.
