2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 can green chilies
1 can Hormel chili without beans
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
pinch of garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese in microwave for one minute. Mix with green chilies. Add a pinch of garlic powder and mix. Smooth layer into small casserole dish. Top with Hormel chili. Next layer mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with parmesan. Heat in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
