1 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 (8oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (8oz) sour cream
1 pkg. slice mozzarella cheese

Combine beef, onion,and green pepper in a large skillet. Cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain off drippings. Add next 6 ingredients;simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese. Mix well. Layer half each of noodles, cottage cheese mixture, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving Yield 6-8 servings.
