6 large eggs
3 tbsp. canned pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
8 slices white bread
3 tbsp. walnut pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the George Foreman grill to med. and spray with nonstick spray. Combine the eggs, pumpkin puree, cinnamon and nutmeg in a wide shallow bowl and whisk until frothy. Dip the slices of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides well. Grill for about 3 minutes until the french toast is crisp and brown on the outside. Sprinkle with the walnuts and serve immediately.
