For Salad:
8 cups fresh spinach leaves
8 oz. cooked shrimp
2 cups chopped mango
1 cup cubed avocado
For Dressing:
1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 no-calorie sweetener packet
1/8 tsp. ground cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
To make the dressing, combine vinegar, lime juice, sweetener, and pepper in a s mall bowl. Mix well, and set aside. In separate large serving bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad, and toss until all ingredients are coated. Enjoy! MAKES 5 SERVINGS - 3 WW Points each
