Crust (1st layer):
1 c. flour
1/2 c. soft margarine
2 T. sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Mix together and put in 9 x 13 pan. Press down. Bake @ 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.

2nd layer:
1- 8 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese
2/3 cup powdered sugar
4 1/2 oz. cool whip (approx.)
Mix together and spread over 1st layer.

3rd layer:
2 small pkgs instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
Blend together and spread on 2nd layer.
[Could also use 3 small pkgs & 3 3/4 c. milk.]

4th layer:
4 1/2 oz. of cool whip
Spread on 3rd layer.

Sprinkle approx. 1/4 cup of chopped nuts on top of cool whip.
