WHIPPED CREAM CHOCOLATE CAKE
2 Cups Sour Cream
4 Eggs well beaten
2 Cups Sugar
3 Cups Flour
1 t. Salt
4 T. Cocoa
1 Cup Boiling Water
2 t. Baking Soda
2 t. Vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
Whip sour cream until stiff. Add eggs. Sift together sugar, flour, and salt. Add to whipped mixture. Dissolve cocoa in boiling water. Add soda then add to above mixture. Add vanilla last and mix well. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes in a greased 9x13 baking pan.
