8 Potatoes
1 can celery soup
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
2 cups Velveeta cheese
1 grated onion
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Peal and boil about 8 medium sized potatoes. Drain liquid and cube potatoes.

Add other ingredients and place in casserole dish and bring to a bubble in a 350 oven.
