5 large eggs or cup egg substitute
cup milk
3 cups Ore-Ida Country Style Hash Browns
1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
tsp. salt
tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
1 Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded, divided
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
or 1/3 cup real bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs and milk together in a medium bowl. Stir in potatoes, green onions, salt and pepper sauce. Stir in 1 cup of the cheese and half of the bacon. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 30-35 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle remaining bacon and cup of cheese over top of pie. Continue baking 3 to 4 minutes.
