1 cup grits
1 stick margarine
3 egg yolks (Save and beat whites for later)
3 tbsps. flour
2 cups grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 cup grits in 4 cups salted water as directed on grits box.

Fold in beaten egg whites. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Brown at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes. (One half of recipe makes small casserole for four.)
