Graham crackers - chocolate or cinnamon
Cool Whip
Chocolate chips, crumbled Oreos (optional)
Wax paper or aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Thickly spread Cool Whip onto a large graham cracker. Sprinkle chocolate chips or other toppings onto Cool Whip if desired. Top with second graham cracker, making a sandwich. Wrap sandwiches loosely with wax paper or aluminum foil. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until Cool Whip is very firm.
