3-4 Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 pkg Whole Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper(Ground).

Directions:
Directions:
Clean, slice tomatoes, cut cheese into slices, add 1 tomato to a serving plate and alternate with cheese slices like a deck of cards. Drizzle Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar over the whole serving plate. Salt & pepper to taste. Cool in frig before serving. Good for only one meal.
