1 Chuck Roast
1 onion
1 pkg dry soup mix
1 1/2 glass water
1 small pkg of carrots or 5-6 sliced fresh carrots
3-4 small cut potatoes
1/2 tsp of flour
1 can green beans, or fresh or frozen

Directions:
Directions:
Buy a oven plastic bag, coat with the flour, add meat, and dry onion soup mix, sliced onion, cut carrots, potatoes, greenbeens and water. Salt and pepper to taste if needed, then seal bag, put a pin whole in bag to breath. Put bag in a roasting pan or glass dish and bake on 350 for appx 3-4 hours or until meat is browned and middle is done. Can be turned down on temp if for a Sunday dinner, to be ready after church.
