1 lb ground meat(beef, turkey,pork)
1 c rice (cooked)
1 can corn or peas, not drained( I use peas)
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg tator tots any brand

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat & drain. Mix all ingredients in a 9 x 13 greased pan, top with tator tots. Cook on 350 for 1 hour.
Can also use 1 pkg of dry onion soup mix, 1/2 c water instead of canned soup,can use frozen peas instead of canned.
