6 boiled eggs
3 tbsps. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
tsp. salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in enough cold water to completely cover eggs. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat; then reduce heat and cook an additional 12 minutes. Promptly chill eggs in ice water to help keep yolks bright yellow and to easily remove shells. Remove shells from eggs and slice lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and place in a medium bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon mixture into egg whites. Garnish with a light sprinkling of paprika (optional). Refrigerate until served.
