1 cup fresh pineapple chunks or
(8 oz) can drained pineapple chunks
1 cup fresh orange pieces
1 cup fresh tangerine pieces or 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Lettuce leaves, optional

Directions:
Directions:

Combine the fruit, sour cream, marshmallows, and coconut. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Serve in a lettuce-lined bowl or on individual lettuce-lined plates.
