4 cups chicken
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 cup celery
cup onions
cup slivered almonds (optional)
Chicken broth
Ritz crackers
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:

Cook chicken until tender and cool. Cut into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients together except crackers and margarine. (I use just enough chicken broth to get the consistency I like.) Pour into casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs. Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 350 until bubbly and light brown.
