2 cups Natural shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sweet corn, thawed and well drained
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
1 egg
8 flour tortillas (8 inch)
1 (14 .) oz. can Italian style stewed tomatoes, chopped and drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
cup 100% fresh shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 375. Mix 1 cup mozzarella cheese, spinach, corn, ricotta, and egg. Place about cup mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll tightly. Arrange seam side down in greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
