4 oz spinach linguine
1 c whipping cream
1 c chicken broth
1/2 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c frozen green peas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook linguine in med sauce pan according to package instuctions, drain, and keep warm.

In separate saucepan, combine whipping cream and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until it thickens and reduces to 1 cup. Remove from heat. Add cheese and peas, and stir until cheese melts.

Toss with linguine and serve immediately. Serves 4-6/
