1 pkg. Doritos
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 cans tomato sauce
2 or 3 hot peppers, chopped
Salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese or cheddar

Crumble Doritos. (I punch a couple of holes in bag and crush in the Dorito bag.) Spread chips in a 9"x15" dish. Brown meat and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Drain meat. Add tomato sauce. Put mixture on top of chips. Mix together sour cream, cottage cheese, and chopped pepper. Pour this over meat mixture and top with shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Very good!
