4 medium zucchini
1 lb. ground chuck
1 T oregano
2 T onion flakes
2/3 c uncooked rice
1 c tomato sauce
2 c grated cheddar cheese
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini in half horizontally. Clean out inside. Brown ground chuck, drain. Add oregano, salt, pepper, onion flakes, & rice. Mix well. Fill each zucchini shell with mixture. Spoon tomato sauce over each. Be careful to cover all grains of rice sothat they are moist and well-cooked. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake in a shallow pan 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. (Freezes well.)
