1 pkg (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 c pumpkin (canned)
1/4 c water
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 large eggs
Whipped topping (optional)
Cinnamon-sugar mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a standard size bundt pan, 9x13 inch baking pan, or two 9 inch cake pans. In a large bowl, mix together the yellow cake mix, sugar, oil, pumpkin, water, cinnamon and eggs. Beat until well blended. Transfer to baking dish or cake pans. Bake for 45 minutes. Top with whipped topping if desired. Add cinnamon-sugar on top of whipped topping if desired.
