2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbls. commercial steak sauce
1/2 t. curry powder
1 1/2 cups minced cooked chicken
1/3 cup minced celery
1/4 cup finely chopped toasted pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, steak sauce, and curry powder; beat until smooth. Stir in chicken and celery. Shape into a log; chill four hours or overnight. Coat with pecans. Serve with crackers. Yield: 1 chicken log.

I've had this recipe since we lived in Ringgold. My neighbor, Pat Standifer, gave it to me as a Christmas gift on a pretty Christmas plate. It's a good dish to take when you're requested to bring finger foods.
