2 eggs, beaten 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 T. cream
Beat eggs and add cream. Stir in flour and salt. Make a stiff dough. Knead thoroughly and roll out as thin as possible. Keep sifting a little flour whenever it becomes sticky. Cut into thin strips about 1/2 inch long. Dry. This can be frozen for later use.
